Postage and Packing

All items will be beautifully presented in an IndiviJewels gift box and further gift wrapping of a satin foulard can be purchased for a small charge of £3.

A postage charge of £2.50 will be added to orders.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days of receipt of payment, although custom made and personalised items will take longer but you will be notified of an estimated dispatch date when you place your order.  Every effort is made to package items so that they arrive in perfect condition and all orders are shipped using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Payment

We accept all major credit/debit cards and also payment by PayPal which is a secure, free, easy way to buy online.  You can choose to pay with your bank account, debit card, credit card or PayPal Balance and make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information.  You do not have to setup a PayPal account to pay by this method.

Returns

We hope that you will be very happy with your purchse, but if you are not then please us within 21 days of receipt and we will happily arrange an exchange or refund.

Goods that are returned must be in their original condition and unused and a full refund will be issued on receipt of the returned item.  This does not affect your statutory rights,

If, for any reason, your purchase arrives damaged or is defective then we will also pay your costs for returning the item to us.

Personalised items are non-returnable.

All pierced earrings will be sent sealed in a clear plastic bag for your inspection. If you would like to return your purchase, please ensure that the plastic bag containing your order remains sealed. If the earrings have been removed from the bag, the seal is broken or the bag has been tampered with in any way, we will be unable to refund or exchange the earrings due to hygiene reasons.

If you are giving the earrings as a gift or if we are sending them directly to a recipient for you, we recommend that you inform them in advance of our pierced goods returns policy.

Picture Colour, Size and Accuracy

Whilst every effort is made to represent product colours accurately, it is possible that the images shown may differ slightly from the actual product.  Variations in computer monitors as well as the browser used are beyond our control.  Product images are not to scale but sizes are shown where applicable.
