How much does delivery cost?

This depends on where you are in the world.

• All UK orders will be sent free of charge (yes you did read that right, free delivery!)
• Orders sent within Europe cost £8.20
• Order sent anywhere else in the world cost £9.00

How will my order be sent and how long does delivery take?

All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and so your lovely parcel should be with you within 1 – 2 business days after dispatch.

Orders sent within Europe will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed and should reach you within 5 – 7 business days from date of dispatch.

Orders sent to the rest of the world will again be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed and should take approximately 7 – 10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that the above are just the delivery times and do not include the time it takes to actually make your jewellery (because each piece will be handmade especially for you) this will vary on the piece and full details are available on each product page but generally personalised items will take between 3 – 5 working days to make and non-personalised items 1 – 3 working days.  So for example a personalised necklace sent to an address in the UK should be with you within 5 – 7 working days from the date of order.

 Do you offer Express Delivery?

As all our jewellery is handmade to order (and the majority of items are personalised) we unfortunately cannot offer next day delivery as it simply isn’t possible to make items that quickly.  However we understand that sometimes you need a gift urgently (and are having a last minute panic before a special birthday/anniversary/christening etc) and if you contact us we will always do our best to prioritise your order for you to get it made as quickly as possible.  To further reduce the delivery time UK customers could in this instance upgrade to Next Day Guaranteed Delivery for an additional cost of £6.40  The delivery times for International Orders can be reduced by sending by DHL and if you contact us we can let you know the exact prices and timescales as they vary greatly on the size of package and where you are located.
